Cross your fingers!

We have been having trouble (umm a year now) and cannot get Zoe to poop on the potty. We have tried everything, toys, candy, DVD, we would even get her a car right now if we could get her to go. Over the weekend something changed and we think the time has come. Even the neighbors have offered to buy her something if she goes. She did want to know what strawberry toy Uncle Adam was going to give her now, but we would get her all of strawberry land if she would just go. One day we will look back on this and laugh. Oh where is Dylan when we need her? I'm about to take a trip to Milwaukee!

Doesn't it just warm your hearts?

Cleaning out some boxes and Yes for some reason I still have my plastic teeth! Even better I have the ones that I practiced on. So we filled them with play doh and they had to take out the cavities. It was such a fun time that Sutton's older bother came over to play. AND we did not stop there. Pulled out the typodont and they had a blast. Parting words from Sutton, "This is fun, I want to be a dentist."

Oh Papa and Mimi will be so happy.....

Before....

Zoe was being a good big sister and holding his hand in case he was nervous.
Notice how they covered BJ?! Even put a neck cover on him. Ummm why? Maybe a stray hair will get him.

Was not working so hot until she broke out a sucker. His first piece of candy.

After. Just a swig of milk. Notice sucker has death grip on it.

Loving the sucker.
She could not get the hair around the ears. He was not letting her near it.

Do you think they will miss us in the 'hood?

So Papa sent a sprayer that every kid in the neighbors is loving . It started off as just a sprinkler and then we decided to go big. We made a..............WATER SLIDE. Impressive, yes and every child that walked by would scream "Water slide!" So funny. We now put it out everyday.
Coco ran straight from the car to the water slide.

Update

Kes and Coco Playing.
Zoe dressed up Coco. What will we do without our daily playdate with Coco?:(

Our lovely neighbors!

Meredith fixing her car. Go Mer!

As many of you know the house we moved into was being foreclosed on. The landlord did not tell us this in advance. We are in a bad situation because we cannot get a mortgage for a year due to being self employed. So we either move and rent for another couple of months and then buy (and have to move again), or rent for another year. So frustrating. He than sold the house without telling us and just gave us 3 weeks to move out in the form of a 30day notice letter, but the house will be sold in 3 weeks?! Yes, the math doesn't add up to us either.

We really don't care about the house but are upset because Zoe has made so many little friends in the neighborhood and our neighbors have all been so welcoming. It seems that all the kids are between 4 and 1. Kes is the youngest. It worries us to see how she is going to take the move. Actually we just want to be done with this place, after all the stress it has caused and move on.

AND than we remember that our kids are healthy, we have good jobs, and really we will get over this.

1st Real day of Preschool!

Kes thinks he owns this car.
