Zoe's dirty word is Poopy diaper. Now when she says it we say, "Oh you have a poopy diaper." Go get the wipes and a diaper and try to put it on her. This works, but when she slips, she now will say, "Poppy diaper.....Princess, Princess, PRINCESS." Apparently this makes it all okay.

The nanny takes the kids to the baseball games across the street. Kes is really into them. He made he own T-ball stand using the air purifier, the vacuum extension, and my bender ball (glad it got some use). BJ got him one for his birthday so we took pity on the kid and gave it to him. this was probably 3 in the afternoon. The kids did not adjust well to the time change. They would have loved to get up at 4, nap at 9, bed by 4. Zoe "surfing!" She thinks surfer barbie lives in Hawaii.We hiked to the blowholes. Kes always has a running nose. Impossible to get a picture without.Zoe did really well, I was more nervous for her than she was.

So Kes hates the sun. He likes the cold. If you put shorts on him he tries to pull them down to pants, t-shirts he tries to pull the sleeves on. It's 80 degrees and he does not want to take his fleece and jeans off. We know he will go back to his Milwaukee roots one day. Zoe and BJ went on a submarine. That is her new pose.Kes has to do whatever Bj is doing. (With his fleece on again:)Zoe was playing library.

The old craft box wasn't cutting it anymore. Kes needed new socks. Took him to Target and let him pick out whatever he wanted. This is what he picked. Ha!Zoe is into posing. Always a craft in her hand. She fell asleep with a marker in her hand and we went to move her to her bed and she wakes up and says, "Just one more picture, I just need to do one more picture."

Trying to pack for Hawaii. Coco was over and Zoe and Kes really need a bath, so as she was leaving Zoe got in. Turned around and she was sitting in the tub with her.

Today was cowgirl day at Zoe's school. So this is the outfit she came up with. Her pumpkin shirt (wouldn't wear it for Halloween, but likes it now!), Pink skirt with flowers, pink leggings, jean shirt, and shiny pink boots. Which when we got to school she asked me for other shoes to change into.

Kes was crazy about Zoe's Birthday balloons. He carried them everywhere. Zoe finally gave up and just let him have them.

He found the stool in the bathroom and just stood on it holding the balloons. Hours.

Max and Harrison over for a play date. Zoe is not used to a play date that they dig holes instead of dress up, but she got into it. Kes was in heaven.

We picked Sutton up and they dressed first to be greeters at the door. The party was at a store in the mall, the front was an actual store and the back was a castle that they have parties in. She picked out this cake, of course Ariel is her favorite. After she blew out the candles she grabbed Ariel off the cake so no one else could take her.

They wanted to be matching.

When they arrived they first sat down and had some snacks. Tried to make it like a tea party. Mini Banana muffins, Mini Berry muffins, mini P&J sandwiches, homemade granola bars, popcorn, pretzels, chips, goldfish, and oranges. I told her she could have whatever she wants it just had to be healthy.

They made her a "cake" and the plane sang happy birthday. They turned on the flight attendant call lights and Zoe had to blow them out. She kept saying, "Be careful my cake is fragile."

We had thought the Family reunion was the weekend before it actually was. So after we checked in, unloaded the car, we realized wrong weekend. So we ended up staying the night and then going back next weekend. On Friday's they turn off the lights and play a movie. Papa had them both in the pool, but was not making it easy to photograph them!

Yes, poor guy still in Zoe's old clothes. But at least its blue.

A princess party for Zoe. So, so nice of all my aunts and uncles to think of her. It was just so thoughtful, she was in heaven. It's been a week and she still keeps all her presents in the box we used to take them home so she has them all in one place.

Mimi got Zoe this Princess nightgown, which we both knew she was going to make into a dress.

Papa took Zoe sledding, and she loves to sled! They started going down the hill and she looks at him and said, "Lets go faster Papa!" So they go down the hill again, at the same speed, but she thinks she is going faster. At the bottom of the hill she turns to him and said, "That's what I'm talking about!"

Kes loved to run in to this spot, with a stop at the vending machine to show me the cookies.

Baby Reagen is in San Diego! Such a bummer that their trip was at the same time we were in Chicago, but we did manage to see them before their plane left.

Zoe walks up to me and tells me that she has a secret to tell me. Her best friend from preschool likes to eat play doh. I asked her what color she said, "Green." I asked her if she ate it, "NOOOOOOO." She said the teachers told her friend that play doh does not belong in mouths, but she still eats it. I asked her if we should give her a container of play doh as a gift. She laughed and said, "No." She told me I was not supposed to tell anyone... This conversation went on for 15 min and I realized I have been having the most entertaining conversation and it has to do with a 3 yr old eating play doh.

The kids partied it up at Sutton's B-day party last night. So, Zoe was a little late getting up for school this morning (oh no it starts already). Got them dressed, breakfast done, in the car driving to preschool and realized I am still in my pajamas and have not even looked in the mirror yet. Classy, real classy.
